Our moving surveyor will ask to be shown around your home to assess your house removals requirements. This can be done via video call or we can do a in home visit. 

We can ask what your specific requirements are for your move, and tailor-make your moving quotation to suit your individual needs. Should you need storage, waste clearance, cleaning servicies or packing services this is your chance to let us know.

Please ensure you ask the Removals Surveyor anything you want about your House removal.

Your House moving quotation is usually followed by a phone call and email a few hours after your removals survey. If you have any questions about your quotation or house move please let your surveyor or the office know and we will be happy to help.

If you are happy with your moving quotation. All you need to do is call the office to make a verbal booking. We would then require you to sign and return the acceptance section of the quotation. This would then confirm your home move booking.

Our moving team would arrive first thing in the morning to conduct your house move with all the relevant equipment they would require. As our aim is to place all off your furniture into the correct rooms and position, we do ask that you are on hand to help guide our staff.

Depending on the service you have chosen will depend on your house moving programme. This is clearly specified on your quotation, although should you be unsure of your programme and arrival times please contact our office.

During the move you will have a move manager you can report or request anything to them or if you want any addiitonal services such as packing, waste ckearance or end of tenancy cleaning services
